A lot of people assume the 7,500 bonus points cap on HDFC BizBlack's 5X category spends is a combined cap that includes SmartBuy rewards. That's NOT true. ✅ 5X rewards on Tax/GST/Utility spends have their own cap of 7,500 bonus points per "statement cycle" ✅ SmartBuy rewards (flights, hotels, vouchers, pharmeasy, myntra, jockey etc.) are tracked separately and have their own bonus points cap/limits of 10,000 points per "calendar month" Note: 7500 is per statement cycle and 10,000 is per calendar month cycle. This is why BizBlack is widely considered to be a better card than Infinia... If you have both, that's maximum 32,500 accelerated points per month + Base Points!
