So the Pope met with David Axelrod last week. David Axelrod. Obama's campaign architect. A man who is not Catholic, has never met a pope before, and whose entire career has been engineering political narratives for the American left.
And then, by pure coincidence, the Pope immediately started lobbing shots at the Trump administration, and three US Cardinals popped up on 60 Minutes doing the same thing.
All organically, I'm sure.
I'm a practicing Catholic. I need you to understand that part. But in my opinion, Trump has all the right to lash out at him. Maybe you'll disagree, but in the end, Trump talks like Trump. Water is wet. I'm talking about MY Church being run like a DNC satellite office but with a golden throne.
This is the same Vatican that watched governments padlock churches during COVID and said nothing. That let Biden take communion while funding abortion and said nothing. That fired Bishop Strickland for defending actual Church doctrine. That removed Bishop Fernández in Puerto Rico for defending religious exemptions THE CATECHISM ITSELF supports.
But somehow Trump is the threat to human dignity.
Pope Francis was bad. Leo has turned out to be worse. Francis at least was vague about his politics. Leo went and hired the consulting firm.
The man has ignored the slaughter of Christians across Nigeria, the Sahel, India, Syria, Bangladesh, Pakistan. Hundreds of believers murdered, churches burned, pastors kidnapped. His response? Platitudes about dialogue.
OF COURSE he won't even name who's doing the killing.
But he'll fly across continents to make interfaith gestures the week after his people coordinated a media hit on a sitting US president.
The weaponization of belief is obvious. You get the Pope to pick a fight with Trump, and suddenly millions of conservative Catholics have to choose between their faith and their vote.

In 1837, President Andrew Jackson invited the general public into the White House.
The occasion?
Jackson had a 1,400 pound block of Cheese sitting in the Entrance Hall of the White House that all were invited to eat.
The Cheese was gifted to Jackson in 1835 by one Thomas Meacham, being produced by dairy farmers in Oswego County, New York. It circulated the Mid-Atlantic on a tour as it made its way to D.C. The great Cheese arrived at the White House by carriage with 24 horses pulling it. It resided in the White House for about a year until February of 1837, at his final party as President, Jackson invited all to eat their fill of the Cheese.

I warned yesterday that Congressional candidate Marty O’Donnell @MartyTheElder was aggressively pushing for a Trump endorsement ahead of President Trump’s visit to Nevada this week.
Moments ago, President Trump endorsed him, and it’s a real shame.
This is the same Marty O’Donnell who publicly said, “Donald Trump is an idiot. Period.” In 2016, Marty, who was a Bernie Sanders supporter, said he “loathed Trump.” He never apologized to the President for those attacks.
Even worse, leaked audio from a 2024 UNLV College Republicans meeting shows Marty admitting he would “probably do nothing” to stop biological men from competing in women’s sports. He said he is fine with it. Additionally, there are reports that detail his personal issues with women in the workplace…
Yet somehow, the Trump endorsement issued today claims Marty is “tough” on keeping men out of women’s sports????

Marty’s own record and words show the complete opposite. Protecting women’s sports isn’t something you “probably do nothing” about. For MAGA, this is a non-negotiable America First issue that President Trump has fought hard for.
We cannot keep rewarding candidates who badmouthed President Trump @POTUS in the past and who won’t actually fight on core issues like keeping men out of women’s sports.
Real conservatives deserve better. Nevada deserves better. President Trump deserves better vetting.
Sad to see this information be hidden from President Trump.
Marty wrote one $50,000 check to President Trump’s inaugural committee in January 2025 AFTER Trump defeated @KamalaHarris, and now Marty thinks he’s “MAGA”. This is some straight up opportunistic garbage from Marty, who has always hated Trump.
How does Marty’s video game music make Congress an effective body again?

one of my final straws for taking my son out of school was during covid, they had an evening zoom class. the kids were showing off their teddy bears and my son was bouncing a little in his seat. I heard his teacher YELL his name saying she was going to kick him from the meeting if he couldn't "behave". he was in his own house, on mute, and she couldn't stand seeing him excited and happy. he started to cry so I had to turn his camera off

My little brother was singled out and bullied by his female teachers because he would bounce up and down when he got excited. We used to call him Tigger. He was a single digit age and they would scream at him and insult him for hopping in place in anticipation of recess or something. It was hardly even moving, imagine bouncing your leg up and down when you feel antsy. He did it with both. They took away his recesses. They wouldn't let him go outside. They took him off the soccer team, his greatest joy in the world. They made him feel like a piece of shit. He couldn't help himself and it stressed him out so much he just started having tantrums in the morning and refused to ever go to school again. The teachers held meetings where they determined amongst themselves that they had done nothing wrong. That my little brother, whose crime was that he felt so much excitement that he couldn't contain himself, needed to be medicated. They brought in some experts who agreed and convinced my mom to start giving my brother anti-anxiety medication at like 10 years old. The life faded out of his eyes. He was never been the same. The tantrums never stopped. He never even graduated school. I hate every single one of them.

People were doxxing her travel location and trying to track her arrival and departure, I’m told, and there were multiple direct threats against Erika specifically.
