A few interesting facts about @Placer_ai, on the occasion of their recent round. 1) Hard to think of any remote-first classical-enterprise-SaaS startup that's ever been this successful. Truly distributed. $100M+ of high-growth ARR on 5-7 figure deals, ~100x growth in the past 5 years. Wow. 2) @Noam_BenZvi has a 96% Glassdoor approval rating. That's highly unusual. Even for a world-class startup.

I've never done it but I'm a big believer in founders selling secondary shares - You diversify an extremely concentrated single stock position - They help focus for the long-term - Much more tax-efficient than a higher salary Just offer the exact same opportunity to your team
