@Life360 Fix your garbage mobile app. It crashes when trying to paste in validation codes, the says too many requests and refuses to allow tiles to be added. It shouldn't require a birthday day in the US and your should respect user privacy and have better usability.

@Life360 you have a serious security flaw. I just signed up my son to connect with me on the app. I used his phone number to signup and it somehow synced to another user who had his number previously. I saw the old users info, email, locations, activity, and connections.

I recommend that you make one that plugs into a vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket. Output: Twin USB A&C charger sockets, while at the same time sending out a ‘Life360’ signal.
A very practical device.

@Life360 It is hard to get in touch with a human on your site. How long is it supposed to take to hear back from submitting a parent consent pdf for a child account? I sent it in on June 21st. How can I reach a non-robot human? Or can you look at my case via DMs here on X?

My 16 yr old daughter got into a car accident yesterday. She is ok, broken wrist that had to be reset. A 76 yr old lady hit her and another young driver as she lost control of her car. It was scary. The old broad is at fault, she was issued citation by the po po. Car is totaled and she is very sore and shook up.
Parents of teenagers use the Life360 app. It alerted us she was in a crash, it called 1rst responders and then it called us. It was among night and a very scary situation. We are all so grateful she is ok, and grateful we use the @Life360 app.
