@Life360 why does your system still show background restrictions on an android device? We’ve tried a force stop, reinstalling app, checking battery settings, permissions, location settings etc. I’ve tried talking to your customer services but got cut off. Frustrating !

@Life360 I’ve been using this app for a long time without any issues. However, today, it displays my icon grayed-out, showing location permissions are off (it’s not), and there was a message when I launched the app that said an update is coming. So what’s the status?
