It was once known as the “Green City” for its abundance of olive and orange trees. It produced and exported oranges and olives to the entire world.
Israel has bulldozed the city, leaving not a single tree behind. Trees as old as history itself, that had lived for hundreds of years, were spared nothing by this Zionist terror.

Trump started a war, got the shit kicked out of him, was forced to make massive concessions to terms Iran set weeks ago, and now his supporters are trying to spin this as brilliant strategic dealmaking. Reminds me of that tweet about how Elon Musk could slam his dick in a car door and his fans would tell him "masterful gambit, sir".
Tehran's 10-point peace plan reportedly entails the removal of ALL sanctions on Iran and the release of Iranian funds and frozen assets, the funding of reconstruction in Iran via charging hefty fees for Strait of Hormuz transit, the cessation of attacks not just in Iran but in Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen, and the permanent commitment not to attack Iran again.
These are guarantees Tehran did not have before the war started. In return they will do things they were already doing before the war, including letting ships through the Strait of Hormuz and refraining from seeking nuclear weapons.
This is very clearly and obviously a win for Iran and a loss for the US/Israel. But I don't expect anyone who still supports Donald Trump in April 2026 to acknowledge this.

The US efforts to destroy Iran have not changed, and there is zero chance of a peace agreement that will be respected. Diplomacy has always been mere deception, and this will only give the US time to regroup and pursue another approach. The US has already withdrawn from the JCPOA and launched two surprise attacks. Much like with NATO's war against Russia, there is no willingness to live in peace with a rival power. There will therefore never be any political settlements that resolve the underlying causes—only temporary ceasefires to fight from a more favorable position. The only game is security through dominance by defeating and destroying adversaries - "hegemonic peace".

@PravitR By diversify I mean finding paths to lessen to the greatest degree any dependence on America. Security relationship, trade and energy.
This stems from Trump's tariffs, erratic and militarized foreign policy which will shift to East Asia eventually.

A short🧵for those insisting on a fiction: the Strait of Hormuz is not Iran’s sovereign toll gate, private cash machine, or maritime revenue stream. It is an international strait used by the world. Geography may give Iran a coastline on one side of it. It does not give Iran the right to invoice the rest of the planet for passage.

If there was ever a red line in world history, we are here.
It really doesn't matter if you are liberal or conservative, or who you voted for in the last election-- there is no way you can be a good American, good Christian, or good person if you support a leader that makes statements like this.
If you try to dismiss this, try to explain it away as "good negotiating tactic", or try to justify it in any way, you are just a bad person. It's that simple. If you don't understand this, you just prove the point.
The American people are not the Mafia or the mob. We don't threaten to kill whole families or civilizations if we don't get our way, especially if "getting our way" means stealing from and killing other people that have not attacked us.
If our elected representatives can't understand this, don't have the moral courage to stand up and represent us the way they should, and reign in this megalomaniac, We The People will have no choice other than revolution.
That's the point our revered founding fathers got to and that is where we are now.
