Of course the RNC is throwing money at this lawsuit. They can't win elections fair and square in largely Dem Fulton County, so they're putting election deniers on the county board of elections so they can subvert election results.

The RNC is heavily involved. One GOP Fulton County commissioner bragged: “We’re fortunate enough to have the RNC paying and backing us...There’s no limit to fighting it.” This is part of a broader pattern: Trump and his allies want to jail opponents and weaponize the courts.
