Today is final deadline day on the latest writing project and this is mostly how it has been done over the last few months. Really couldn't have done it without their boundless energy and support.

Sardines are nose-to-tail in a tin. Bones, organs, skin, the lot. Calcium from the spine, omega-3 from the flesh, vitamin A and CoQ10 from the liver, iodine and selenium from a fish that lived its whole life in the sea rather than a pond. No butchery. No special supplier. No "where do I find beef heart" pilgrimage. Just a ring pull and a fork. A tin costs less than a coffee, lasts a decade in the cupboard, and delivers more usable nutrition than most of what's marketed as a superfood. The fish did the hard work of eating plankton so you don't have to pretend to enjoy seaweed. Low on the food chain, high in everything that matters, and small enough to skip the heavy metals the bigger fish accumulate. The nose-to-tail crowd will sell you a course on offal sourcing. Tesco sells the answer for 90p.

Meghan has reduced herself to selling "Curated Sets" because she doesn't have the financial backing or customer base to introduce any new, meaningful products. Her latest offering is a box of matches. What will it be next, another nonsensical item that's very cheap to produce?

Princess Catherine's surgeons have never spoken about her surgery. There are actual laws about this. Do not believe a word of any of this.🛑🛑 And Maureen stop with your idiotic nonsense - no one knew cancer was present immediately following her surgery. Grow the hell up.

The Xenia tiara was not sitting in the vault as a wearable bridal option. It had already been dismantled by Queen Mary in 1925, with its stones and design lineage absorbed into later royal jewel configurations, including the Vladimir emerald adaptation. Blaming Queen Elizabeth II for the dismantling of Romanov jewels is historically impossible. She was not even born when Queen Mary did the dismantling.
NaomiSky15@NaomiSky_15

Lady C today: The Grand Duchess Xenia tiara was the one Meghan wanted. No one knows how she knew about it since it was one of the tiaras the Late Queen would never be photographed in. Was Eugenie giving Meghan private information on the royal jewels?

What really pisses me off about this though is, H had it in Spare and he described these 4 big men chasing her and they cut her off, forcing her to go to this entrance after being told not to. She just wanted her picture taken and she knew the DM offices are there. Rebecca English said a young guy said 'we saw the girl H is with going into the main gate' That was it. She isn't running and no one is chasing her. Then to make him feel like shit, she said her girlfriends all phoned her up and asked her, 'is he worth it?' that was to make him think how lovely she is, her friends telling her to dump him and he isn't. MM would be in prison for stalking if he actually managed to dump this woman, she'd be scaling palace walls

A royal humiliation the world still can’t forget. Meghan and Harry arrived at the National Service of Thanksgiving for Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee at St Paul’s Cathedral in June 2022 expecting to be met with adoration and cheers. What they got instead was a dose of karma and a much needed lesson in humility. Meghan and Harry chose to arrive alone, and late, to the event so that maximum attention could be on the two of them. While they did receive some cheers they were also met with quite a few boos from the crowd. They entered the cathedral with such arrogance, thinking they had outsmarted the rest of the family and were going to get the attention and the comeback that they were so desperate and determined to achieve. Oh how wrong they were. As Meghan strutted her way down the aisle, with Harry in tow, basking in all her glory, they soon realized that they were not going to be sitting by the rest of the family. They had been assigned seating on the other side of the isle on the second row. Brilliant. The looks on their faces (especially Harry’s) were priceless. Their massive egos had been put back in their place. Instantly. And then to make it even more shameful, they were greeted to even more boos as they exited the cathedral. The looks of embarrassment and horror on their faces were, in all honesty, well deserved. This was, in my opinion, was the official end of Meghan and Harry and any attachment they had to the royal family. It was the end of their relevance. And even though they are still, 4 years later, trying to pretend that they are “working royals” I think even they know that they were finished a long time ago. #meghanandharry #serviceofthanksgivingboos #lessoninhumility

I don’t take any money from PACs, candidates or lobbyists. I post what I actually believe because I love this country and want to preserve Western civilization. However, a growing number of influencers and podcasters are being paid to push political propaganda. Under current laws, they don’t have to disclose that they’re being paid, often misleading their audiences. This is going to become a bigger issue heading into the midterms and 2028 as dark money groups become more desperate. Democrat strategists are already pouring gobs of cash into this effort, and we need more transparency.

Six years on a carnivore diet. Six years training in the 4 to 6 rep range. Four days a week. Upper, lower, upper, lower. I eat 20% ground beef. Eggs. Bacon. Goat butter. Goat cheese. Salmon when the mood takes me. I do not add salt. I do not weigh my food. I do not track macros. I do not own a shaker bottle. I do not own a foam roller. I do not have a deload week scheduled because I have never trained myself into a hole that required one. Strongest I've been. Leanest I've been. Sleeping like a Victorian. The anxiety I used to take for granted as part of being a man in his twenties has been quietly missing for years and I have not gone looking for it. The brain fog has, similarly, decided to live elsewhere. People ask what I'm planning to change. Nothing. I am planning to change nothing. When something works, you stop fiddling with it. The Romans worked this out about roads. The Japanese worked it out about tea ceremonies. I worked it out about beef. If I'm wrong, I will be wrong with visible abdominal muscles and an inexplicable absence of suffering, and I will accept the verdict of the scientific establishment with grace, eventually, in approximately forty years, from a deck chair, holding a steak.

Mary Reilly is a savage, there was a long line serpentining around the In-N-Out Burger joint in Dallas, someone cut the line and tucked in behind her so she paid for their food, when they arrived at the first window to pay they were told Mary paid for their food however when Mary went to the second window she picked up her order and the ingrates food as well leaving them empty-handed for their efforts😂

@TheJoeySwoll Is there some reason she didn’t yelp “help”? People at the gym are into their own experience most times and not paying attention to YOU. I got stuck once and called “ help” and a swarm of young men appeared and I was old enough to be their granny, so nothing in it for them :-)

Riley Keough, granddaughter of Elvis Presley, often carries Graceland not just in her name, but in her heart. To the world, the Memphis mansion is a museum, a landmark, a shrine. But to Riley, it was once a home filled with laughter, late-night stories, and the smell of Southern cooking drifting through its halls. She remembers Thanksgiving especially — long wooden tables covered in dishes prepared by Elvis’s own chefs, cousins and siblings running through the rooms, and her mother, Lisa Marie, smiling as everyone gathered close. Sometimes, the family stayed overnight, curling up in rooms that once belonged to the King himself. Despite the grandeur, there was a warmth that made Graceland feel surprisingly small. Just a family, sharing food and stories under the same roof where Elvis once sang into the night. Years later, Riley has become one of the guardians of the estate, helping to preserve a legacy now valued at nearly half a billion dollars. But for her, it’s never been about money. It’s about honoring the memories woven into its walls — her mother walking through the garden, her siblings laughing in the kitchen, the echoes of her grandfather’s voice somewhere in the distance. Even as she builds an acclaimed career of her own — directing films that earn standing ovations at Cannes — Riley returns to Graceland with the reverence of someone visiting a loved one. She knows the world sees it as history, but to her, it remains something softer. A home. A heartbeat. A bridge connecting the past to the present. In Riley’s eyes, Graceland is not just where Elvis lived — it’s where her family learned to love, grieve, and grow. And those memories still shine, as bright and enduring as the music he left behind. © History Pictures #archaeohistories

Margot arrived Monday at 9am. Keith was on the barn roof until 9:04am. Previous voluntary descent record: the insurance assessor, January, four minutes flat. Margot: four minutes. These are now the same record. Dave noted this with the handwriting of a man who has accepted that his log is about something larger than gates. Keith walked to the yard gate. Margot walked to the yard gate. They stood on opposite sides. Keith opened it, deliberately, in front of her, which he had never done for another living creature in fourteen months. They went directly to the east ditch. Keith had been at 70% since September. By Monday evening: done. Tuesday: Keith showed Margot the barn roof access route. Dave came out of the feed store at 8:15am and found both of them on the ridge. Not the lower section. The ridge. Assessing the lichen together with the focused calm of a joint operation. They came down at 10am when they were ready, having completed whatever survey they had agreed to conduct. Wednesday: Margot found something Keith had missed. Fourteen months. Seven gates. Every fence on the farm. Steve's corner post: assessed twice in March, abandoned. Keith had walked that boundary more times than Dave could count. Margot had been here forty-eight hours. She walked to the corner post at 7:30am and stood there. Keith came over. Keith looked at where Margot was looking. Dave watched from the kitchen window. His log: "a moment passed between them that I couldn't interpret." They both went to graze. Thursday: they stood at the corner post from 7:15am to 8:40am without touching it. Keith watching the wire tension. Margot watching Steve's gate latch. The methodical stillness of two animals confirming details they've already agreed on. Dave made three cups of tea. Sunday: Margot left at 11am. Keith was on the south bank. He didn't come to the gate. He kept eating. The trailer left at 11:07. Keith stopped at 11:08. He stood on the south bank for four minutes. He looked at the barn roof. He looked at Steve's fence. He looked at the south bank. He went back to the knotweed. Dave's log, Sunday evening: "South bank at 15%. They cleared 25% this week together. The corner post has a 4mm flex. Margot is available for future visits. I'm not going to say yes immediately." The corner post has a 4mm flex. Keith knows about the 4mm flex. Keith is on the south bank. Keith is not in a hurry. Keith is not going to forget.
