I testified in front of the Congressional Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic in Washington, DC this week on how the federal government's (including @POTUS @US_FDA @CDCgov @NIH) irresponsible actions, including collusion & pressuring to censor and chill Americans' speech--including professional dissenting voices--abridgement of human rights without justification, and a promotion of a toxic culture of misinformation policing and "othering" had terrible downstream effects, including creation of the horrific, unconstitutional & unethical California #ab2098 physician censorship law signed by @GavinNewsom. My colleagues and I sued the Gov. Newsom and the Medical Board and won a preliminary injunction because the law violates the Constitution, even though @CAgovernor and ethically short-sighted professional medical organizations like @CMAdocs & @californiaacep couldn't see that. THANK YOU to @RepBradWenstrup and @COVIDSelect for the gracious invitation to testify. I will continue to wave the torch to passionately light the way for ethics and freedom in medicine! Onward. @HouseGOP @HouseDemocrats
Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic@COVIDSelect

🔥🔥🔥 "It is natural and normal for doctors to disagree on what is best for individual patients.” Dr. Azadeh Khatibi — an accomplished surgeon — asserts that @CMAdocs violated physicians’ rights and eliminated a patient’s right to individualized medical opinions.

I cannot recommend this conversation highly enough. @AaronKheriatyMD was and remains one of the most prescient and articulate voices on the Covid era disregard and loss of bioethics and warns us to remain even more vigilant how all the rules are changing with AI. His book The New Abnormal remains one of the most interesting insights of historical trespasses and future warnings in this age of technological uncharted territory.

⏰The Brownstone Show: @jeffreytucker & @AaronKheriatyMD discuss COVID censorship, Missouri v. Biden, the rise of AI-driven control, biosecurity states, and the future of free speech in the digital age. A must-watch conversation on power, propaganda, and resistance! 👀

His mother begged the free world to help save her son’s life. No one listened. This morning, the barbaric regime executed Vahid Bani-Amerian by hanging in Iran. They shuts down the internet to hide its crimes, then uses that same internet to broadcast death. Imagine waking up to state media announcing, one by one, that the protesters are being hanged. Vahid was tortured. Broken. Forced into a false confession on TV. And then they killed him.

I pointed out the fallacy of #aspentreegigi’s #ginartesonne’s argument (saying, I made scientific claims when it’s obvious in this thread I did no such thing) and she had nothing to back it up and so she dropped out rudely and dismissively and blocked me. Cause she can’t actually handle logical discussion. Her arguments and probably something inside of her are foggy and illogical without real substance—just fronting and reactive.

@AspenTreeGigi @naomirwolf What scientific claims have I made in this thread such that I need to prove them??? I have never asserted any causation in this thread. You make no sense and make things up about what people say—I have said over and over again that you have been doing this.

Since I received a "community note" for a simple description of my subjective physical experience, I will remind everyone that in the Pfizer papers, about which I published two bestselling books and for which I received zero lawyers' letter from Pfizer, and these are 450,000 internal documents released via the FDA through court order, Pfizer itself defined "exposure" to the vaccine as including respiration, skin contact and body fluids. @X please remove my community note.

We were called worse starting in 2020. Even death threats too. No one felt sorry for us. But we kept grinding and grinding despite certain people and their nonprofits sabotaging us at every step along the way. Now a few weeks away from a biomarker driven phase 3 FDA approved trial commencing plus a companion diagnostic submission using 1000’s of RWD (thank you U of Arizona). So keep eye focused on scientific and medical principles and tune out the noise!

Nope, I got that from the very beginning when you started your response with the word “nonsense”. I could tell you were not thinking deep nor open-minded in your analysis and then it got worse from there. Once your commentary devolved into “blah blah blah” minimization and sarcasm, I could see that you’re also not someone who acts with good faith in discussion.

The White House censored vaccine-injured Americans during COVID via @Meta and @facebook. Disgusting.
Jan Jekielek@JanJekielek

The Covid censorship regime at Facebook, at the behest of the previous White House admin, was blocking the creation of Facebook groups for people reporting vaccine injuries. Lawyer Mark Chenoweth breaks down a recent landmark settlement and what it could mean for free speech. “[@BrianneDressen] who was vaccine injured… realized we need to have support groups for these folks.” “But as she tried to set these groups up, Facebook kept shutting them down.” “We have the evidence that they were doing that at the behest of the White House.” “One of the other clients in that case lost his son just a few days after his son got the vaccine.” “There were definitely active efforts on the part of the last administration to prevent people's speech from getting out there on topics that were important to all Americans.” @CPAC

None presently thank goodness. But to reiterate over 1,000 colleges and universities required vaccination for students, employees, or both to return to campus in fall 2021–spring 2022 (including many large public institutions). This was common during Omicron. K-12 was rarer—only a few states Also many large employers implemented mandates during Omicron, I think we got off the rails.

@drdrew Where exactly are we "mandating" COVID vaccines for young people?

Congratulations to @PezeshkiCharles on his retirement! His speech to his colleagues and students brought tears to my eyes. Listen and be inspired--this is a man who holds the line against sociopathy, irrationality, toxic empathy, and points out the insanity of certain elements of our society on a constant basis. Support his work and give him a follow if it resonates! I'm so glad he now has more time to do even more good work and share his wisdom. Here's to the next chapter in your book Chuck!💗

@smb9 @tradermark0609 @drdrew Nope, it's what people in who are logic-based say. You make global claims and can't produce data to back it up and resort to insults instead and speak with sarcasm throughout this thread. All behind anonymity. Your position and thinking is weak.
