@davidnazarov Hi David - we're sorry to hear this has been your experience. After review, we see that an exception could not be made as renewals for digital products, such as BODi memberships, are not part of the Money Back Guarantee (FAQ 259) and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

@Beachbody I'm very angry. I did a trial I canceled afterwards I was charged I spent hours on the phone a year to 2 years ago resolving and confirming cancelation. Today, I see My credit card charged. Someone needs to resolve this without me spending hours trying to resolve AGAIN !
