@Beachbody I'm very angry. I did a trial I canceled afterwards I was charged I spent hours on the phone a year to 2 years ago resolving and confirming cancelation. Today, I see My credit card charged. Someone needs to resolve this without me spending hours trying to resolve AGAIN !

@Beachbody I'm so mad. Your company charged my account after I spent hours on the phone 2 years ago canceling and getting confirmation that it was resolved. Really not happy

@Beachbody I am fuming. Up to 2 years ago I spent hours with customer service reps canceling after a free trial. I just looked at my credit card statement to find out I was charged again! I don't want to waste more of my time nor is this good customer service.

To top it all off, the reason I ordered that day was for someone that just had a baby and an emergency c section. As a result of the mess, they had to order take out and pay someone to do groceries the next day.

I then get an email saying they are no longer accepting new or returning insider members. This should hve been communicated while canceling. I need more info, does that mean I'm getting refunded for my yearly payment?

@loblawco Terrible experience last week and it just keeps getting worse. I placed a pc express delivery. At 630, a driver called and said the store doesn't have my order. (This should have been a convo between driver and pc express to resolve tech failure)
