@finbloggers These are mature businesses. Growth will mostly be muted, unless they grow inorganically. Low single digit growth rate doesn't justify a high p/e when more promising opportunities abound.
Also PG isn't shareholder friendly. Created a 100% subsidiary to sell certain products here.

This is the right way to approach executive comp/incentives. Doesn’t have to be all of their take-home pay, but it should be a big % of the after-tax amount each year.
Only way to truly align interests w principals is for agents to actually BECOME principals of their own accord.
