Lots of debate…. Parents want to avoid surgery (i.e. pain & sedation/anaesthesia) and surgeons want to avoid non-surgical care (fear of uncertainty & parental anxiety, knowing surgery (for them) is routine, quick and painless). Solution…randomise… CRAFFTstudy.org
