One of the more shocking parts of my discussion with @Lauren_Southern is about how Tommy Robinson and his criminal friends became seen as defenders of Western Civilization by rightists like Elon Musk. By her account, Robinson is a street thug who used to sell cocaine out of his tanning salon. His friend's brother got caught bullying some teenage Muslim, so Robinson and his friends started saying the kid was a groomer who beats women. The Muslim kid's family sues Robinson and wins, because he made it all up. Conservative influencers decide that Robinson is being "silenced" by liberal elites and make him out to be a hero. Right-wingers seem to hate Lauren because she's one of the few people to come out of the movement and explain how horrible so many of them are.
