@BarryM_PHT Hi Barry, what were you advised when you gave us a call? We would usually suggest the work-around you've described and if this didn't work, we would normally ask you to report this to our Business Banking Team, so they could log the issue. ^ES

@santanderukhelp sometimes can login, sometimes can't. This screen shows within 5 mins of going on biz banking. Tried different computers, browsers, clearing cookies / cache, installing your rapport software nothings working. Your call centre can't help, any other suggestions?
