claude.ai/public/artifac… This is a comprehensive breakdown of the SAVE act, and it's potential repercussions. Here's a list of the sources used: Brennan Center for Justice — Cited extensively for the 2017 survey of election administrators (covering 23.5 million votes), the 2023 national survey on document access (21.3 million citizens lacking DPOC), and the foundational 2006 study on photo ID gaps by race. Cato Institute — Cited for the conclusion that "noncitizens don't illegally vote in detectable numbers." Heritage Foundation — Cited for the Election Fraud Database (approximately 68 noncitizen voting cases over 40+ years) and commentary from Hans von Spakovsky on detection and prosecution rates. Bipartisan Policy Center — Cited for background on NVRA provisions, existing federal law prohibiting noncitizen voting, Kansas DPOC data, and the bill's core principle that only citizens should vote. Migration Policy Institute — Cited for context on existing federal penalties for noncitizen voting and noncitizen voting rate findings. American Immigration Council — Cited for noncitizen voting rate data (Heritage's 68 cases against one billion+ ballots cast). Center for American Progress — Cited for in-person DPOC presentation requirements, Native American documentation challenges (tribal ID birthplace issue), and the effective elimination of online/mail registration. Institute for Responsive Government — Cited for bill requirements, young voter documentation gaps (24.3% of 18–29-year-olds lacking DPOC), SSA database limitations (pre-1978 records), and unfunded state compliance costs. Center on Budget and Policy Priorities — Cited for elderly Americans' vulnerability due to pre-modern vital records systems. Center for an Informed Public — Cited for the rebuttal of the 2014 Richman, Chattha, and Earnest study on noncitizen voting using CCES survey data. News & Media Outlets: KSHB 41 (Kansas City NBC affiliate) — Cited for Kansas data showing 31,000+ citizens blocked versus 39 noncitizen registrations. U.S. News & World Report — Cited alongside public support polling data for voter ID concepts. Georgia Public Broadcasting — Cited for the finding that rigorous investigations across the political spectrum show noncitizen voting to be vanishingly rare. Alabama Political Reporter — Cited in connection with the Cato Institute's noncitizen voting conclusions. NPR — Cited for coverage of the Texas 2019 noncitizen voter identification effort and its collapse. The Washington Post — Cited for reporting on the Texas Secretary of State's "WEAK" match classification and the fallout from the 95,000 flagged registrations. PolitiFact — Cited for rating the Texas 95,000 noncitizen claim as "False." CBS News — Cited for data on young voters blocked under Kansas's DPOC law. Legal & Civil Rights Organizations: American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) — Cited for the Fish v. Kobach ruling outcomes, VRA Section 2 challenges, and the 10th Circuit affirmance. NAACP Legal Defense Fund — Cited for the statistic that only 6% of voters currently register in person at election offices. League of Women Voters — Referenced for testimony that voter registration drives became "essentially impossible" under Kansas's DPOC law (also listed among the 145+ civil rights organizations opposing the bill). NAACP — Listed among the 145+ civil rights organizations that signed a letter calling the bill "wholly based on falsehoods." Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights — Listed among the coalition of 145+ organizations opposing the bill. Government & Official Sources: Congress.gov — Cited for the text and provisions of the SAVE America Act (S. 3752 / H.R. 7296). Committee on House Administration — Cited for SSA database limitations regarding pre-1978 citizenship records. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) — Referenced for the acknowledgment that the SAVE system "is not a source database of U.S. citizens" and "may not be able to confirm U.S. citizenship" for many individuals. Trump's Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity — Referenced for being disbanded in January 2018 without finding evidence of widespread voter fraud. Polling Organizations: Gallup — Cited for October 2024 polling showing 84% support for photo ID to vote and 83% support for proof of citizenship at registration (with partisan breakdowns). Pew Research Center — Cited for August 2025 survey confirming 83% support for government-issued photo ID (Republicans 95%, Democrats 71%). Academic Studies & Legal Cases Richman, Chattha, and Earnest (2014) — Academic study using CCES survey data cited as the basis for claims of widespread noncitizen voting; subsequently refuted. Ansolabehere, Luks, and Schaffner — Demonstrated that a 0.1% survey misclassification rate fully explains the Richman et al. results; concluded the actual noncitizen voting rate is "likely zero." Fish v. Kobach (2018) — Federal court ruling striking down Kansas's DPOC law; Judge Julie Robinson's 118-page opinion finding the law violated the NVRA and the Equal Protection Clause. Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona (2013) — Supreme Court ruling (7-2, Justice Scalia writing) that the NVRA preempts state proof-of-citizenship requirements for federal voter registration. Harman v. Forssenius (1965) — Supreme Court precedent holding that no "equivalent or milder substitute" may be imposed for a poll tax under the 24th Amendment. Additional Sources: Kansas Reflector — cited for Kansas noncitizen registration rate data Wikipedia — Cited for background on the disbanding of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity and the Fish v. Kobach case history. State-Level Data Sources Referenced (by jurisdiction) The report draws on audit and election data from the following states: Utah (2025–26): 1 registration, 0 votes among 2.1 million registered voters Georgia (2024): 20 registered, 9 voted among 8.2 million registered voters Michigan (2024): 16 noncitizen votes among 5.7 million ballots Kansas (1999–2013): 39 registered, 11 voted among 1.8 million registered voters Louisiana (1980s–2025): 390 registered, 79 voted among ~74 million ballots cast Iowa (2024): 35 voted among ~1.7 million ballots Texas (2019): Secretary of State David Whitley's 95,000 flagged registrations Denton County, TX: 14% of flagged voters confirmed as citizens Travis County, TX: 25% of flagged voters had already provided citizenship proof Boone County, MO: Over half of flagged "noncitizens" were citizens Orange County, CA: Estimated $6+ million annually and 59 additional staff for compliance New Hampshire (2024 law, March 2025 elections): Nearly 100 voters turned away

OUCH - but I thought you were creating the best economy the world's ever seen @realDonaldTrump ?? What happened, bud? Facts don't lie, as much as you like to ignore that reality. Millions of people looked past all of your baggage, and the fact that you're a giant POS - all because they think you know what you're doing in business. The reality is, though, that you don't. And it's finally starting to show up in places where your MAGA base won't be able to turn a blind eye to it. You've made your money by lying, cheating, and stealing from hard working people- not because you're intelligent, or particularly knowledgeable about business. You're just an over-privileged, mediocre (and, ironically, narcissistic) businessman, who was at the right place at the right time when it counted.

LMAO - I love how he cut off her bullshit assertion 'FALSE- this is the worldwide threats hearing...' We seriously need so much more of this. Keep the clowns on their toes, while they spew their lies and bullshit. Don't give them time to come up with more lies on the fly. If they are actually telling the truth, that'll be evident by their responses. Otherwise, let everyone see them for exactly what they are - shills and propagandists.

Is @PamBondi actually going to give answers this time, or just continue to act like a press secretary for the president? Or did you not watch her last public grilling, and her conduct there? I know it's hard for you assholes to comprehend, but it gets insanely frustrating dealing with the disingenous lies, deflection, corruption, etc, of everyone involved with this fucking admin, day in and day out. None of you are capable of a simple yes or no, when asked a yes/no question.

@WhiteHouse How old are you again @realDonaldTrump? Does everyone start acting like a child again at your age, or is that just a 'you' problem? Just curious. Sorry that was rhetorical - obviously it's a you problem, considering you've been a petulant man-child your entire life.

@atrupar I will not, because that'd be pointless. What I will do, is keep pointing out that we shouldn't be in this war, and should stop wasting the lives of our soldiers, and tax money, on it immlediately. @SecWar

He's such a defiant little child up there. Look how angry @SecWar keeps getting, knowing what everyone thinks about him outside of the shitbag MAGAts who would never abandon their cause. And that's not even getting into the irreparable damage this has caused on a global scale for us. It's going to take years for the US to regain the credibility you've lost for us with this absurd war, dipshit. History will not be on your side.

Hegseth: The media wants you to think that we're somehow spinning toward an endless abyss or a forever war or a quagmire. Nothing could be further from the truth. Hear it from me. One of hundreds of thousands who fought in Iraq and Afghanistan, who watched previous foolish politicians like Bush, Obama and Biden squander American credibility. This is not those wars. President Trump knows better. Epic fury is different.

OK, let's read page 12, line 22 and go through it together, piece by piece: “(A) PROCESS FOR THOSE WITHOUT DOCUMENTARY PROOF. (i) IN GENERAL.—Subject to any relevant guidance adopted by the Election Assistance Commission, each State shall establish a process under which an applicant who cannot provide documentary proof of United States citizenship under paragraph" Each state. First red flag. This is the old Republican "let the states decide" con job. How do you think corrupt MAGA leaders are going to handle requirements for proving citizenship in key states with Democrat counties? There is zero guidance in the bill about what's acceptable if a voter does not have the required documentation. It leaves it to the discretion of corrupt state politicians. "(1) may, if the applicant signs an attestation under penalty of perjury that the applicant is a citizen of the United States and eligible to vote in elections for Federal office, submit such other evidence to the appropriate State or local official demonstrating that the applicant is a citizen of the United States and such official shall make a determination as to whether the applicant has sufficiently established United States citizenship for purposes of registering to vote in elections for Federal office in the State." All this says is "if you don't have the documents we require, just give the teller whatever you got, and they'll make a call." In other words, this bill doesn't protect your right to vote if you don't have the required documentation to prove your citizenship. “(ii) AFFIDAVIT REQUIREMENT.—If a State or local official makes a determination under clause (i) that an applicant has sufficiently established United States citizenship for purposes of registering to vote in elections for Federal office in the State, such determination shall be accompanied by an affidavit developed under clause (iii) signed by the official swearing or affirming the applicant sufficiently established United States citizenship for purposes of registering to vote. This is doublespeak, and It's bullshit. It gives voters hope, then gives state officials the right to deny applicants for whatever reason they choose. This section quite literally gives corrupt state officials LEGAL COVER to CHOOSE which voters they allow to vote! Nice try, Mike.

No, we don't want our country to fail, @SecWar you fucking dipshit. We just want the blatant corruption, lies, and complete lack of accountability to end. 'Trump derangement syndrome' as you clowns like to call it, is simply a product of the environment we live in right now. We aren't going to just quietly sit back and watch while that piece of shit quite literally destroys our country. I suppose the germans who tried their best to save people there during WW2, were suffering from hitler derangement syndrome by similarly moronic logic? Just admit that you're in way over your head, and that you were completely and utterly unqualified for your position in the first place.

I have one question for the Republican Party today. Where is your backbone? Thune. McConnell. All of them. Where are you? Mitch McConnell is 84 years old. He has nothing left to lose. No more elections to win. No more favors to collect. No more political future to protect. And he can’t stand up and say this is not what the United States of America stands for? George Washington is literally on the wall behind you people. The man who voluntarily gave up power when he could have kept it forever. The man who warned us — in his farewell address — about exactly this kind of person. And you can’t find the words? We have removal procedures in this country for a reason. The founders didn’t put them there for decoration. They put them there because they had read enough history to know that men like this would eventually come. They built the exit door. All you have to do is use it. But instead Thune shuffles his papers. McConnell stares at the floor. And the rest of them calculate their primary margins and call it leadership. This isn’t complicated. This is a spine test. And the Republican Party is failing it in real time.

Cherry picked/edited video clips don't change the reality that your shitty bill is very likely going to disenfranchise millions of voters, all for a fabricated problem that MAGA dreamed up. So, yes, it's not hyperbole to say that it's going to destroy our democracy, you fucking dipshit. What is hyperbole, is when you clowns try to say the opposite. Because as I mentioned before, your fictitious problem doesn't stand up to even the slightest bit of scrutiny. As usual, fuck off.

It's like Trump told all of them that they're required to blame Biden anytime someone asks a question that makes them look bad. Every time, lol. But beyond that - so you did 'obliterate' their enrichment .. and we're supposed to believe that they were anywhere near being able to do that again? Ooooooookay. Meanwhile the MFer is asking for $200 bill for the war.
