took 20 founders to cubbon and gave them a 30 mins voice note in my own voice. recorded in one shot. no retakes. guiding them as they a found space of that called out to them. only to rip out their journal and write. to parc their thoughts - pausing in between - at their own pace. think of it as a parallel parking exercise and i was just the friend getting off the car and helping. the response has been incredible from someone coming to me and saying it made them cry and they haven’t in a while. someone saying it made them feel so powerful because they forgot to count their strengths and wins in how chaotic everything has been lately. for most it was their first time and they felt they discovered a new side of themselves. for most they said they’d keep the recording close and do this exercise every once in while. there are no befores and afters - only a life built alongside. comment/dm if you want to do it too - if you’re in bangalore come along next time. if you’re in some other city let me know i can send the recording to you. carry that quiet calm to your work week. partners in solace @sanctuaryparc @paulfinneyx and @saaketsharmax coming to a parc near you, soon.
