My dermat gave me an incredible skincare routine and it’s showing fantastic results. I begged him to give me a few ‘slots’ I could try new products in because I just love buying new products. So I can play around with 2 serum in AM and moisturiser AM and PM. Here’s the stuff I tried and loved: 1. Aminu Longevity Serum. Super soothing (I have mild rosacea AND psoriasis and it has helped!) and hydrating. Legitimate HG for me. 2. Nimbuzin No.9+. Packed with peptides and makes skin very very supple. I’ve been using this as an under eye cream and I love it! You honestly don’t need moisturiser after this in humid areas. 3. D’you In My Defence. Yes it’s expensive. Yes there’s much cheaper ceramide options. Yes I’m on my 7th bottle because it just works. I love it. It’s also GREAT to travel with. 4. The Formularx Barrier Plus Moisturiser. Very very easy to fall in love with this workhorse. Great product, elegant application, does what it says. 5. Aestura Atobarrier365. I use a trifarotene (a retinoid) every alternate night and follow up with this. Super emollient without being chipku and very very soothing. I’m a fan!

Tried bouldering for the first time yesterday, low-key humbled and I’m also kinda impressed with my upper body strength. Not as bad as I thought it would be! 🥹 Beginner level - cleared.
