Thinking about that $100M "plan" and wondering how much was spent for a celeb to misrepresent abortion care. Ectopic pregnancy treatment is not abortion -saying it is threatens ppl who need that care and reinforces the good v. bad abortion hierarchy.

This isn’t just a few pissed off rich people starting a vanity project. Retribution - professional, financial, academic, public maligning, ousting from a congressional seat, ET CETERA - to silence those speaking out against genocide is necessary to continuing the genocide.

This org was started to punish funds already in budget crisis. It has none of the infrastructure to meaningfully help patients and it sees itself as competing rather than collaborating within the abortion fund infrastructure. A vendetta that will harm countless abortion seekers.

If you appreciate the abortion funds that have spoken in solidarity with Palestine, then show it by making a material donation today. Funds like @DCAbortionFund should not have to go through backlash, harassment, and loss of funding for standing against genocide!

#BigRepro lost abortion bc of decades rewarding Big Dems who adopt anti narratives. It should have taught us that Blue no matter who isn’t incrementalism toward something better, it’s digging the hole we’re in deeper. Haven’t trans kids in TX suffered enough at the hands of Rs??

Democratic candidate Colin Allred becomes the first Democratic candidate to capitulate to anti-trans ads and jump into targeting trans people as a result of anti-trans advertisements. Very shortsighted and a stinging betrayal for his potential future LGBTQ constituents.

In South Dakota, there was a 7-month pause in abortion services at the only clinic in the state in 2020. Someone delayed the only clinic offering procedural abortions (and now the only clinic period) from opening in Wyoming before Dobbs by setting the building on fire.
