@robcoll@Te7k@sendgrid_ops And when looking at my assigned IP, it still matches the IP, which caused issues. Most of the mails started to work again about 17 hours ago. But I would like to upgrade plan to avoid this issue. E-mail is important for my product!
@BitProgress@Te7k@sendgrid_ops I had considered the same option (upgrading to the silver tier on Azure) to perhaps solve the issue. When you say it does not work do you mean generally or it doesn't solve the spam issue?
@robcoll@Te7k@sendgrid_ops Azure shows, that it is now silver plan. But inside SendGrid Management portal, I am not able to see "Settings->IP Adresses". I get the error "This feature is not available on your current plan. You'll need to upgrade to gain access.".
