@BitProgress @sendgrid_ops Yeah, I opened a ticket and it was changed by them to P3 as well. No response from support all day.

@Te7k @sendgrid_ops Same here. Have created support tickets. First one for 4 hours ago. Tried to update to paid plan with own IP (via Azure). That does not work. No support response for that either. All my support requests have changed from P1 (critical to business) to P3 (General issue)!!!!!
