@JBagger4 @HjalteOlsen Hjalte kæmper indædt mod vestlig kultur og nationalfølelse. Måske fordi han ved at hans samfundsundergravende virksomhed ikke ville blive tolereret af en fædrelandskærlig befolkning eller af en regering, der ikke foragter Danmark og dansk kultur.

@1jcmaxwell The artistic hypermediacy strategy makes sense of course. Switching format to illustrate a point, but for the immediacy strategy of a spectacle film it would be like suddenly showing the boom mic in order to get “a closer sound experience”. Doesn’t make sense to me.

@1jcmaxwell I seriously never got why specific scenes shot with a special format should cut into a new aspect ratio during a mainstream film.
Always feels like the director is “coloring over the edges”.
I get artistic hypermediacy, but this simply ruins the immediacy of the spectacle film.

UNICEF is outraged by the killing of two drivers of trucks contracted by UNICEF to provide clean water to families in the Gaza Strip.
The victims were killed by Israeli fire in an incident that took place early this morning at the Mansoura water filling point in northern Gaza. UNICEF extends our condolences to the families of the men killed.

A roomful of billionaires took up a collection to fund a blog that would make fun of college students, defend Israel, and patronize the sensibilities of not-very-bright but very rich boomers. Saying you can’t draw a line hollows out any resemblance of an argument from him.

Desuden kan man også ønske noget ikke sker igen selv hvis man selv skulle være årsagen til det.

Journalism can be anything between spreading information at face value to opinion pieces.
Just because they highlight an often overlooked voice in western media, doesn’t mean they don’t write articles with commentary or views later on.

@ryangrim The problem with DropSite is that it republished Hamas propaganda without commentary or correction for nearly two years, and then Iranian propaganda. Israeli statements are highly criticized, Islamists are reprinted as fact. Why is that?
