@HolzvonHolz @LukeEdwardsTele @ChrisDHWaugh Howe and his nephew even while at Bournemouth were buying PL ready plug and play type players who come at inflated prices. I haven't seen Howe shop in the South American leagues while top 6 clubs have done it to a successful degree

One being at Villa he was an attacking left Sided 8 while at #nufc he has been playing a deeper role trying to progress play and then again as I said we could have got better value in the Bra & Arg leagues.

As reported by @ChrisDHWaugh and covered in here, Newcastle are open to selling at least one of the strikers signed last summer. Yoane Wissa the most likely to leave but what does it mean for Nick Woltemade too #nufc

@CoachMeron For some people to think that we can't change manager because we have a certain type of 'Howe' player here is simply idiotic. It's insulting to the players for one to comment that they aren't adaptable and can't play in a different style.

Probably the best answer to those that say changing Howe in a vital summer rebuild isn’t wise…

Newcastle United are not currently interested in signing striker Nicolas Jackson. His name has not been mentioned in recruitment meetings at this stage. They have other striker targets for the summer though #nufc

I like Nick Woltemade but he’s not able to play as a lone centre forward in the Premier League as things stand. And for his fanboys and girls read this statistic The German has not scored in the league since December, managing only 31 shots on goal in 30 league appearances this season with only 12 on target. Of his seven goals, one was a penalty #nufc

@MagpieMediaX Howe is bereft of ideas. Small sample but Osula isn't a CF. His hold & link up play is erratic. He's good at 1 vs 1 take ons, space creation & shooting. More importantly inverts & offers #nufc something diff. Play him on RW + Wolte as CF. Less predictability more creativity.

Anyone that thinks William Osula is a better footballer than Nick Woltemade needs their head checked, never mind their job contract ripped up

@MsiDouglas If I was Howe stubbornly wedded to #nufc playing in just one way & use it as a stick to beat Wolte then I still find a solution. Wolte cant press as well as AG but surely EH could have Wolte in a free role behind AG who will do the pressing. Good coaches find solutions.

Absolutely inexcusable. Eddie Howe has dragged us into a relegation fight. Terrible team talks, terrible lineups, terrible decisions. The players are criminal but he is to blame. Woltemade’s cameo alone today showed that. Why have we not been playing him #NUFC #Newcastle

I am not a coach but #nufc's best chance of the game came via a lovely dink from Woltemonde in a #10 position but we will probably see him buried on the bench by Howe come next game cos he can't press like Osula or AG.
