@Golf4a It got scrapped when they extended the furlough from October to April, the furlough amounts to a lot more than £1000 pp it wasn’t in addition to the furlough it was an incentive to keep staff on after the furlough ended in October! The situation has changed

What ever happened to the Furlough bonus for keeping staff on - has that been extended?

Wasn't in a position to accept an invitation from @GMB to talk about restaurants requesting deposits this morning. Let's just say if I had been on I would have been so exasperated by these limp comments from Allegra Benitah you would have heard my eyeballs rolling in my head.

@GMB Blah blah she has no idea what she’s saying it’s ridiculous!! We’re talking about NO SHOWS !! just damn rude not to cancel, if your nervous, don’t book! If you pay a deposit it shows your intention and most places will transfer it if you have to cancel.
