Central division supt Luz Martinez has left a path of destruction. Just like Laura Stout in the West, she “led” through chaos to catastrophic results. @HISDSupe waited too long to realize the level of damage she did. HISD Central is in shambles and needs to rebuild.

This is real money! I'm very frustrated by the lack of consequences for Miles in what is an obvious breach of her contract.
