Build with Kam (ex-High Ticket Sales Closer)
@BuildWithKam
Cold outreach isn't dead. Bad research is. Outreach teardowns and cold email truth bombs. Sharing what's actually getting replies in 2026.

@LessgoSushant @LinkedBreaker thank you good man! 🎩

Prospect research takes 20 min. Should take 90 seconds.
I'm building @LinkedBreaker , an AI that scores LinkedIn prospects, checks 10+ buying signals and writes your outreach.
Today, I'm sharing a small win, 3 signups!

@IAmPascio which region? I'm in Porto
English

@LoganTGott curious how you handle it when someone's ICP has shifted but their old posts don't reflect it yet. does the new profile just override the old framing?
English

@BrianLaManna_ most AEs treat prospecting as someone else's job once they get promoted. the ones consistently self-sourcing 60%+ never stopped running the SDR playbook.
English

At Gong, 60-75% of my revenue each year is self-sourced.
I've been a user of Outreach. Used Groove prior. Before, only an Outlook account. Now I use Gong. The platform doesn't matter.
Sales engagement solutions help you stay organized but they don't create pipeline for you.
Creating pipeline takes intentionality.
The best SDRs get promoted to be Account Executives. And then most AEs don't want to face the truth.
You need to keep the SDR mentality.
As an AE, I don't want to be dependent on someone else (an SDR, partnerships, marketing, etc.) to find success.
If reliant on someone else to find success, you'll never find consistency.
Create a plan to blow past your number, that's fully within your control.
The only way you can do that is by having TOO MUCH pipeline.
𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Account Tiering / Account Research
- Consistent Weekly Prospecting System
- Sequencing NOT being the default strategy
- Sequencing strategy
- Emailing Framework
- Perfecting Cold Call Pitches
- Mastering Objection Handling
- Multi-Channel - LinkedIn + VoiceMail
Unfortunately, orgs run everyone through the same, generic 2 week onboarding.
Then tell you to “go hit the phones” and generate pipeline.
They are more focussed on activity metrics, rather than building up your skillset to systematically approach outbound.
Shoutout to the orgs that don't preach that spray and pray.

@fivosaresti filtering 66k down to 5700 before writing a single email is what most teams skip. what were the top signals you used to tier them?
English

This outbound scaling framework took us from 0 to $1M ARR in under 3 months.
(and I’m giving it away)
A LARGE majority of B2B teams blast cold emails to their entire TAM and wonder why almost nobody replies.
They end up burning their domain and their reputation sending the same sequence to every account.
We started with 66,000 companies in our TAM.
Instead of blasting all of them, we
> Filtered that down to 5,700 qualified accounts.
> Split them into 4 tiers.
> Dream 150 got fully manual LinkedIn prospecting.
> The rest got multichannel sequences calibrated by signal strength.
This is the exact framework responsible for our fast success...
And I breakdown the ENTIRE thing inside this playbook.
Inside:
1. The 4-pillar outbound framework behind $1M ARR
2. 8-step manual process (66K companies to 5,700 accounts)
3. 5 signal-based plays with tools for each
4. 4-tier account allocation system
5. Performance benchmarks per channel
If you want the guide:
Reply "OUTBOUND"
And I’ll DM it to you
(must be following)
PS - Start with the signal plays section if your team is still running cold-only.

@dimitarangg I ran the same experiment. the linkedin side isn't just higher reply rate. the conversations are warmer from the jump.

life after you find out you can get more leads from 200 linkedin messages than 1000 cold emails ever gave you:

@CliftonSellers AI-powered LinkedIn prospect research. @LinkedBreaker
English

@itsalexvacca the research prompt is the one most people skip and it's doing all the heavy lifting here
English

We booked 1,000+ meetings on LinkedIn last quarter using 3 Claude prompts. Giving away all of them.
Not templates. Not spray-and-pray. Three prompts that cover the full prospecting flow:
→ Research: LinkedIn profile summary in 30 seconds. Spot buying triggers before you write a word.
→ Email: 3-4 personalized message options with different angles and CTAs. Built from the research.
→ Call: cold openers that don't sound scripted. Follow-ups that generate callbacks.
Claude doesn't send your outreach. It makes your outreach worth sending.
Reply "PROMPT" and I'll send you the full library.

@Darockwildin @RealProductGirl what's the issue you're facing? maybe people here can help?
English

do you think the ancient Egyptians or any great civilisation thought they are building greatness when they were building it?
greatness takes time to evolve and flourish.
and as @RealProductGirl was telling you, dont quit, you are not wasting your time. you are learning, then you're earning 😉.
maybe also try to share what are the issues you're facing, engage with people and learn from their mistakes, this can benefit you.
English

@RealProductGirl Literally crying wondering what the Fuhk am I doing. But here I am keep going. I don't know if I am wasting my time. I guess I would have created something cool just for me 😭

@BuildWithKam Most sellers don’t even know what real outreach is nowadays
English

@Oderah__GTM The 'I noticed you work at...' era is officially done. The reps winning now lead with one specific thing that shows they actually read the prospect's world.
English

@coldemaildoctor Deliverability is the silent killer. Great copy and a strong list still get zero opens if the sender infrastructure isn't dialed in. Most reps don't check their sender score before a big send.
English

you're burning your effort in vain if you're not paying attention to the infrastructure behind your outbound
good copy, great lists, no-brainer offer
but emails still landing in spam
we're sending 1.6M emails/day for B2B clients and wrote this no-BS email inbox guide based on real data
DM "inboxes" + like and I'll send it over

@thesaleslad Fridays hit different when you know you actually moved the needle this week, not just stayed busy. What's the win you're closing out the week with?
English

@Oliver_Clingain Inbound from content is underrated for closing. The prospect already trusts you before the first real conversation. Makes the whole call feel different.
English

I've been on X for a while now.
Since then:
I met founders I never would've met in real life.
I closed clients from conversations that started in the replies.
I built a brand without spending a dollar on promotion.
This platform is free deal flow if you use it right.
Post. Engage. DM. Repeat.
English

@thescottleese Every time a sales team skips customer conversations they end up with a perfect pitch for an ICP that doesn't exist. Research before outreach, always.
