Founders…at what point do you decide an idea is “validated”? Because every time I try to define that clearly, I just end up overthinking it and avoiding the validation step altogether. Curious if anyone actually has a clean process for this or if it’s all just hindsight?

@Emmanuel1134541 @mchulet @X I’m also curious about that! The target market is a tricky one to access. Cold DMs and pitching to blogs/newsletters is the current strategy. First goal is getting 10 businesses to say ‘I’m interested’. That’s my validation. Then I’ll push harder with marketing strategies.
