Most people are making content nobody actually watches.
I just proved it to myself.
Posted a 2 min 30 sec video.
Got 280+ views. Nothing to proud of. And it goes worse.
Only 4% watched past 30 seconds.
No one watched the video.
That’s when it clicked.
Attention is short. Brutally short.
30 seconds. That’s it.
Straight to the point
Even if I have one idea, I’ll break it into parts.
Part 1,2,3...
Doesn’t matter if it turns into 10 clips.
People don’t mind multiple short videos.
They do mind wasting time.
Heard this from Kaleb, the Impaulsive producer:
90% of viral videos are under 30 seconds. Makes sense.
Do I want to go viral? Of course.
But more importantly, I want people to actually watch what I post.
So yeah.
30 seconds.
Maybe 31.

Day 2.
Apollo.io. 59 leads scraped. Instantly warming up the domain. Instagram post done.
The system is being built in public. One tool at a time. One step at a time.
Writing is going to be my edge. Not the software. The words.
Did I get 1% better today?
Yeah. That's enough.

Every force of nature acts upon you as a beginner.
→ Nobody wants to pay you high prices
→ Nobody wants to respond to you
→ Nobody believes anything you say
→ The good clients won't work with you so you're stuck with the scraps
This is why most people quit
And exactly why you should NOT QUIT!!!
English

@Doodlegenics Average looking guy keeping below average expectations with pro level work ethics.
English

@TateTheTalisman Prolly average at everything but pro at never quitting!

Day 1 of actual execution.
Not planning. Not watching another video. Not "getting ready to start."
Execution.
I bought a Google Workspace email today. rebuildwithmk.com is now a real thing.
If you get a cold email from that domain, don't ignore it. That's me, pitching my way out of the slums.
No clients yet and there is No big budget. One credit card and a very specific service offer.
AI-assisted social media content and management, done for businesses who are tired of posting into the neverness (you yeah I came up with that.
Not a generic "we do social media" agency. A focused, systemised content operation built around AI workflows that actually save time and drive output.
@danielfazio has been living in my head for weeks now. At some point you have to stop consuming and start shipping.
Tonight at 11:38 PM, I am set to sail.
The whole journey is getting documented. Every cold email. Every rejection.
Every first client. Getting email warmed up at @rsinstantly
Lets see how it works.
Clarity like this doesn't come often. When it does, you buy the domain and get to work.
If you want to know everything I did right now in depth, lets have a conversation.

Your DMs aren't getting ignored because people are rude.
They're getting ignored because you're doing it wrong.
Most outreach DMs read like this:
"Hey [Name], I help businesses grow on social media. Would love to work with you. Let me know if you're interested!"
Congratulations. You and 47 other people sent that exact message today.
Stop pitching. Start observing.
Lead with something specific about THEM. Their business. Their content.
Their problem.
Not your service. Not your portfolio. Not your prices.
Them.
Nobody cares what you do until they feel like you understand their problem.
The DM that gets replied to isn't the most polished one.
It's the one that makes the person think, "wait, how did they notice that?"
One genuine observation beats a hundred perfect pitches.
Stop sending CVs into people's inboxes.
Start having actual conversations.
Your reply rate will thank you.

It was Mothers Day.
and when I was in Pakistan, I never really saw this day with any importance tbh...
and I would joke around, everyday is mother days and true, it is.
But now, I am in UK and I work at Tesco and today, the whole shop floor was celebrating mother's day.
Everyone coming in to buy flowers, cards, chocolates etc. Customers of all shape and forms.
one little kid came in to buy flowers and was a dollar short because he wanted the roses and they were a pound expensive.
And yes I miss my mom everyday but today of all days I broke down.
My mom is amazing. She is the most beautiful ever and I live, breath, eat, sleep and die for her.
Love you Mummy and see you soon. I wish to make you proud and give you everything you deserve.

I have ADHD.
I don’t say that for sympathy.
Honestly I still don’t fully accept it myself.
Part of me thinks I’m just making excuses.
That internal argument happens every single day.
Some mornings I sit down to work and my brain just won’t start. Not because I lack ambition. Just… nothing.
And the worst part?
I’m building a business at the same time which has no structure. No one telling me what to do next.
Just me, a laptop and a voice in my head asking why I’m not further along yet.
But here’s what I’ve figured out:
The people who win with ADHD aren’t the ones who fix it.
They’re the ones who build systems around it. I feel like.
I’m still figuring it out honestly.
But I’m not stopping.
If you’re someone like me with ADHD and building something, I might need you advice.

Visibility isn’t luck.
It’s a system.
If your business is invisible online and you’re tired of it — follow @buildwithmk
This is exactly what I fix for businesses every day.
English

@Priya_Upadhyay_ Marketer here. Would like to know what you are building? Just curious.
English

@CiprianiRanieri That's the ultimate freedom that I am trying to work towards. Would love some advice from you!
