@garton_darren @HM_Passport They are prioritising by departure date. I fly in 72 hours. Drove up today. Was very polite & filled in call back request with some notes at door. Had a call 2 hours later and got passport at around 16:45 so now have beer and food in local restaurant. Head back in the morning.
