National Women’s Half Marathon ✅ Ran 2:19.09 which is over 10 minutes faster than my last 1/2 marathon!

I completed my first 1/2 marathon this morning in the DC Rock & Roll 1/2 Marathon. I beat my goal time by 20 minutes! It felt amazing!

I did it! I ran the Marine Corps Marathon 10K! I even ran my personal best 5K TWICE IN A ROW for a new 10K PR! 🏃🏼‍♀️
