Finding out James bullied book-Snape is a pretty interesting exploration of popular-vs-outcast dynamics.

I'm not the first person to think about this, but now we see how Essiedu looks in the role. And yeah, "Snape's Worst Memory" (Order of the Phoenix) is simply not going to work well in this show, if it ever gets there.
