@ButternutBox Expecting a delivery tomorrow. Had an email saying if I'm not in, they will leave it on the doorstep and take a picture! This is not acceptable. Leaving on a doorstep cannot be considered delivery. Countless packages are being stolen in this way.
@ButternutBox I thought my subscription was cancelled & only saw the email about the box after the cut-off. I don’t have freezer space & don’t want the £115 box. Please advise how to cancel or refuse delivery without being charged. email velocityxci@outlook.com
For many years we only give our dogs Butternut box to eat. Last monday our sweet little dog Joy sadly passed away and Today we received these beautiful fowers and card from @ButternutBox with a sweet message. Thank you so much @ButternutBox for this kind gesture ❣️ very special!

@yodel once again, less than useless! You got my frozen dog food on Friday from @ButternutBox for delivery Saturday… not here, tracking says will now be delivered Monday! (Thawed!?) Yet @DPD_UK_Support can get it here every time! @ButternutBox why do you persist with @yodel??
@darrenjadams We have tried a few methods over the years, and from customer feedback, the majority seem to find this to be the best way. We're sorry that this isn't working for you, and we hope that the alternative options offered will help you for the future 💛
@ButternutBox The problem is that you send an e-mail in the morning and I have to react to it the same day, within 12 hours. Tails dot com provide 2 or 3 days notice of being able to change the date, I don't see why you can't do this.
@ButternutBox, I know we've had this conversation before... do you not understand the issue with telling me a delivery is coming and only giving me 12 hour's notice to change it?
