@ButternutBox I’m guessing you guys have little thought to the practicalities of your new packaging design. You open up the freezer draw but can’t tell what flavours your getting out without pulling them out individually, As seen in the third row here🤦🏼‍♂️#whoops #annoying

@ButternutBox - Seven redirects to pause a subscription, then a load of BS / tell us why you’re doing so (but we’ll redirect your to our help instead of pausing a sub’) so I just cancelled and we’ll tell you why here. The last three delivery’s were defrosted. Dog was ill.👎

@BillyPhysics We like to keep the experience the same for all of our customers. We have found that most people find this method preferable, and it's not something we're looking to change right now. All upcoming box dates are listed, some folks like to pop it in their calendar 💛

@ButternutBox You can't make a simple change to send an e-mail out a day earlier? Who's running your IT systems?

@ButternutBox it's really not very helpful when you send an e-mail telling me the food is arriving in a few days but only give me until 23:00 THAT SAME DAY to make a change to the delivery date. How about sending that e-mail a day earlier and giving more than 12 hour's notice?

@ButternutBox It was left on my doorstep, despite my husband and my very alert dog being at home.

@ButternutBox Expecting a delivery tomorrow. Had an email saying if I'm not in, they will leave it on the doorstep and take a picture! This is not acceptable. Leaving on a doorstep cannot be considered delivery. Countless packages are being stolen in this way.
