@Danjsalt This whole situation sucks so much. I love America and Americans more than most but fuck me do they not give a shit about all the sacrifices we’ve made to support them. 20+ years of war for them to act as if Argentina or Israel are better more reliable allies.

Argentina spends $990 million dollars on defence, 80% of that is salaries and pensions. The UK spends $85 billion on defence. Milei has cut the military spending to its bare bones. In almost every category we are superior. They ain’t taking anything, just for the record.

@Danjsalt I mentioned that I didn’t think they could even handle Russia. There is some chance they would have taken Britain if they would have ignored Russia, and the USA didn’t intervene. If, after that point they went after the USA, they still would have been defeated.

If USA stayed out of WWII AND the Germans don’t attack Russia, Germany and Japan might have eventually come for the USA—and they would have been destroyed. Fighting a land war in the USA would be insanity. How do you even get troops over here without us sinking them? How do you take land once you are here? We have more guns than people, and that is not a new thing.

If you start a conflict alone you have to deal with it or try to build a coalition. You can’t just cry about everyone betraying you.
