My nbn technician did not arrive again as scheduled, six times now - is there any danger @Telstra that you will do what you say you will do ?

Converting to the nbn really is too hard @Telstra My first technician attended 5-weeks ago & failed to achieve a connection. 2 'no-shows' for further appointments, 3 rescheduled appointments and various telephone calls wasting my time. No thanks !
