Breaking the rules isn’t cheating. Players break the rules on the pitch every weekend. It’s not cheating. Chelsea failed to declare payments, payments that would’ve been completely legal had they declared them. No sporting advantage was gained here.

I believe that winning makes club administrators lose focus. Maybe winning the Club World Cup made us believe we have a good squad and refused to buy a CB. Maybe, this season is needed to bring us back to reality. We have a job to do in the summer. I hope we get it right this time.
