Super happy to share our new work in @Brain1878 by @RoemerSeb and @matbrendel: in 4R tauopathy patients, we show that subcortical tau deposition is linked to hypoperfusion in connected cortical regions, suggesting a diaschisis-like disconnection mechanism. doi.org/10.1093/brain/…
