WE’RE BACK: NB I-5 through downtown Seattle has REOPENED. NB I-5 across the Ship Canal Bridge is reduced two lanes until Aug. 15 while we complete crucial preservation work.
The Cherry St ramp remains closed due to a vandalized attenuator. Crews are working on a repair.
