@CeXSupport hi, I ordered a camera on the 4th March and been having issues with your email support team. They don't understand that Royal Mail haven't received the parcel yet. How can I check any safe places or family if the carrier hasn't got it?

@CeXSupport Hi, I recently purchased a Line 6 Gt30 Wireless transmitter and receiver online. The transmitter has a fault on it already after one use. Should I visit my local store or is this an online thing as it's quite a niche product? My Order Number is 21360764. Thanks!

@CeXSupport sent a DM: sold a faulty laptop and customer service refusing to replace the laptop or non working ram stick as i opened the laptop to test? laptop cost £295, a new 16gb ddr4 3200mhz stick could cost up to £125, so half the value of the laptop
