@CeXSupport I have received the worst experience I have ever had with Cex. 2 days on after selling them my phone and I have yet to receive any payment for it. This is daylight robbery.

@CeXSupport I recently bought a ps2 in Motherwell and was told my receipt was my 5 year warranty. However I didn’t get a receipt as I thought it was put in the bag. It wasn’t. Can this be emailed to me?

@TheHDDevil Hey Toby, once an order has been placed online for delivery, no changes can be made to it. Since the items were opted for delivery, they cannot be collected from the store, I'm afraid. - Josphin

@CeXSupport hi there! Weird question. If I brought into my local CEX shop a guitar hero world tour drum kit, would they be able to repair it? The red drum has completely lost connection and the yellow/orange cymbals have completely had it and don’t register at all
