The courier has said they do not provide the right safety precautions to ensure my dry ice will be delivery properly. I have basically paid £60 for an empty box wtf is going on?!?!?!

@chillistickice serious query regarding an order I placed with enhanced delivery. I have tried contacting for the last hour in every possible way on your website and emails. Why is my parcel dispatched today when it’s for Monday delivery ?! I spoke to the courier service not ok
