Really @KLM one small cup of water in four hours stuck on an aircraft on the Tarmac at Schiphol (and a cheese sandwich)? My wife asked for a cup of water forty minutes ago and her request was refused. No reason given, just a plain (or plane) refusal.

@A_J_2023 @KLM I'm in the same boat, they've just cancelled my rebooked flight and all the help lines are closed. They've not rebooked my cancelled flight so now gonna have to look at a 16 hour bus trip
