@LiangRhea I don't think this is a speed exercise routine. I did it 3 times slowly several times a day. It worked.

No-one knows how these exercises work for BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) but I can report they will also help tone your core 🤣. I suspect 15 reps a day at 30 second intervals is challenging for many sufferers. As for me, I just want my world to stop spinning. 🥴

I want to introduce you to Steve. He’s 83. His wife died a few months ago and he comes to this lodge in Spring Mill, Indiana and draws. He taught art in Terre Haute, IN his whole life. Bruiser is the coolest of all kitties!!! All our lives we have had cats that loved one of us more than the other. We had one exceptional kitty that loved us both equally and wanted to spend time right between us. Well, look what Bruiser’s doing! That is hubby with me right next to him. He went back and forth between us to get petting. My heart is bursting with love!!!

Being back covering Ravensthorpe there is a reminder I think very few doctors experience in emergency medicine Not only is it just you but I was called from clinic 50km away for an emergency. I straight away looked up, the weather dictates retrieval. Bad weather, no retrieval. So not only will you manage a critical case, you will manage it much much longer, on your own, than most other doctors will experience in Australia.

Gift idea for tweens/teens/kidults who want something cute but not babyish- the burgeoning range of stationery in scents like spicy ramen, pizza, sweet n sour, and roast turkey. I don't understand it myself, but it's been a consistent winner with the right age group. 😋🤣

@LiangRhea It’s a funny one isn’t it? It was meant toungue in cheek. I guess if one spends money on it, one is liable. So many young people use afterpay now as well. I find that really scary. We did not go out and purchase furniture, we got by with the bare minimum.

@Cockatoocoach I was curious after you posed that question, so I looked it up on our bank's website. Apparently, despite the limits on what the 2ndry cardholder can do, they are still liable for the debt if the primary holder dies, becomes incapacitated or declares bankruptcy. Seems... not fair

Ha! And I still had to get Mr Primary Cardholder to 'activate' my card when we last got new credit cards. Banks don't seem to think relationships exist between equals.
