📰 hear ye, hear ye - the first @paritytech news update! 🗣️ Parity does a lot of amazing work for the @Polkadot ecosystem which often goes untalked about. Here is a recap from the last month of work - I'll be sharing all the *PUBLIC* information I'm allowed to 👀 Please RT if you find this useful 🔁 1) Parity Signer is now -> 'Polkadot Vault' and has undergone a beautiful refresh. Download it on the App Store. Android coming soon(tm) 📦 2) Big ups to the @ink_lang team who have released v4 which is now deployed on @AstarNetwork & @Aleph__Zero - two amazing teams leading the way with WASM. Also ink! has been under security review by @OpenZeppelin 👌 3) OpenGov coming soon to Polkadot! The FRAME team has been busy working on the PR among other things. github.com/paritytech/pol… 🧑‍💻 4) Something else from the FRAME team 🪟 This great staking report, with recent updates to the core development and the dashboard itself polkadot.network/blog/staking-u… 5) Over to the marketing side, we have some new hires to help lead the marketing effort, including a new Creative Director 🎨 and @aj_asterio who some of you may know 😉 as a community manager for North America 🇺🇸 6) The marketing team wrote this great thread about what a breakthrough OpenGov is for web3 - with 120k views! x.com/polkadot/statu… ✨ 7) Polkadot was represented at ETH Denver with great talks from @rphmeier & @shawntabrizi 16 teams also attended the @Polkadot booth to showcase their product and promote the Polkadot ecosystem 💕 Polkadot was also represented at SXSW - the only blockchain team to be there! 1⃣ 8) I spoke with @rphmeier about Polkadot's blockspace centric future around two of the key tech changes coming this year: 💳 Pay As You Go Parachains & 🔃 Async backing. Written in Flutter, this is forkable for any team wanting to add their product to it, or just see how it works. github.com/paritytech/tra… 📱 10) The devrel team has been doing an amazing job, attending conferences and helping organize hackathons. They have also been creating detailed technical deep dives into Polkadot specifics, on twitch and youtube youtube.com/watch?v=uio4_6… 🖥️ 11) The next wave of applicants for the Polkadot Blockchain Academy has closed with 700+ applicants. The PBA team has been doing incredible work, from qualifying applicants, organizing the next event, and placing graduates from the previous wave into Polkadot parachain teams. 👥 That's it for this month!
