@Joominmames @Knightly_Hist Yeah, that doesn't help at all. I've never read the books, so I didn't know that. But it would make a lot of sense that he would have an infection in his leg. But like Tyrion in the Vale, couldn't he have just chosen his own champion, had he chosen trial by combat?

@Colonel_Stan @Knightly_Hist In the book they make it very clear that Ned has an infected leg and the black cells he's been thrown into are about as unsanitary an environment for a leg wound as you can imagine

@Joominmames @Knightly_Hist Couldn't have chosen a champion like Tyrion did? I'm only on my second watch-through ever, so I don't remember in the first watch-through them saying that he had an infection in his leg, but obviously he would have because that wound was pretty gruesome.
