In 3 months, as per the $MKAR presentation, #MKA @MkangoResources Songwe Hill Rare Earth Mine ($339m NPV) and Pulawy Processing Plant ($779m NPV) will list on the $NSDQ as Mkango Rare Earths $MKAR At current conversion rates, #MKA holding would be worth $399m USD / £297M GBP vs the current market cap of £179m GBP / 45p Giving a share price of around 75p However, that’s just the listing price - almost every RE stock I’ve followed has done 2-300% on listing day, in fact most IPO’s spike up (for no apparent reason most of the time) many multiples on listing day So even at 75p per share, if the IPO was tomorrow, you’d be getting rock bottom pricing in anticipation of a spike, therefore I’d put fair value for $MKAR at around 80-90p, maybe even higher This is without mentioning HyProMag, which is leading on many projects, one including $USAR LCM which they paid $200m for last year.. If LCM is worth $200m (which was cheap at the time) then HyProMag must be worth double, minimum, giving another estimated (and albeit speculative) 75-80p valuation to Mkango resources And yet with all this, some highly known, and others perhaps more speculative, it trades at just £175m cap / 45p $MP $USAR $AREC $UUUU

@investwisely321 Nice to hear that CEO has no intentions of selling and that he knows $ENSI is crazy undervalued. At < 100M market cap I can't think of a better asymetric opportunity in the market. Now US investors are discovering $FTC because of NASA etf. Wait until they find this gem 🛰️
