Ja, man beobachtet: -Wettbewerb diszipliniert Anbieter -Reputation spielt eine Rolle Man beobachtet aber genauso: -Marktkonzentration -dominante Akteure -Kunden, die nicht wechseln -Anbieter, die bestimmte Gruppen bevorzugen

@CondorCapt @AndreasKemper Selbst wenn wenige Reiche mehr Geld bringen, zwingt der Wettbewerb um Reputation und Kunden in einem privaten Rechtssystem die Schiedsgerichte weiterhin zu fairen Entscheidungen, weil sonst selbst die Reichen ihr Vertrauen verlieren und das Gericht langfristig scheitert

I think Putin's point of view is valid too. Donbass region is full of Ukrainians that feel Russian. This is the core of the problem. THEN comes NATO, and security concerns. That's the thing, if you don't put yourself in the enemies shos you can't understand their motives, thus the conflict never ends, and war extends until total capitulation.

The EU is preparing five scenarios in case Orban wins. Expulsion from the EU is even being discussed – Politico. Brussels plans to neutralize Budapest's blackmail after the April 12 elections. On the table are the suspension of the veto right, a complete freeze on funding, and the suspension of Hungary's voting rights. The most radical option, already under discussion, is the complete expulsion of the country from the European Union.

NATO doesn't factor into this at all, otherwise Putin wouldn't have congratulated the baltic states when they joined and said Ukraine would be free to do so too.
