Train no. 12203, The worst experience ever with @RailMinIndia . The coach is smelling like a DEAD RAT, AC vent is out of service, charging point is deteriorated, washroom is so clean that @AshwiniVaishnaw can do lunch at the floor of the toilet seat. I complained thrice & got🖕.

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Travelled by Shatabdi from Delhi to Amritsar. Platform 3 had non-functional escalators and unsafe access, making luggage movement extremely difficult. Very bad experience. Escalators and lifts were switched off at night.

@RailMinIndia Today, while boarding the Vande Bharat from Amritsar, I saw passengers struggling because the escalators were not working. Elderly people, youngsters, and those carrying heavy luggage faced a lot of inconvenience, and there was no staff around to address the issue.
