@DeBernardiDev @SBAmidatlantic @SBA_EasternPA @SBAgov Typically when FDIC refers to a bank with "assets" they mean AUM (assets under management), ie. investment account values or depository account values. on 3/18, they received conditional approval to be a FDIC depository institution so they might qualify

To ensure access to #PPP for small lenders & further approval for #smallbusiness customers, starting @ 4pm EDT thru 11:59pm EDT today, @SBAgov will only accept loans from #lenders w/ assets <$1B. Lenders w/ assets >$1B may submit loans outside of today’s reserved processing time.
