@DominaSnow @Sub_boi_Chicago Huh. Thanks for this; it clarifies some of the dissonance I've been feeling since leaving a certain platform that almost certainly could have been lucrative but has lousy practices.

I run a nonprofit, I'm not a stranger to morals. But I'm also not self-righteous enough to think that the decisions I make in business can ever be made in a perfectly ethical vacuum. So I advocate for rational choices when it comes to survival and making real impacts, not just yelling about it on Twitter.

There's a big uproar happening (once again) about platforms and allegations of which ones to jump ship from and why. I'm not going to go into it, you can search Fansly and OF and all the rest. But here's my regular reminder, whether you're a big creator or a small one:
