A repair visit was already scheduled, and the technician had confirmed that the PCB issue would be addressed. After this confirmation, I was informed that the repair would not take place. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience harassment. @WiseRoy @cromaretail @Sajithsivanand

pathetic customer service in croma service @cromaretail . I called several time for my complain in AC not cooling with complaint ID 781198281341 but your dumb executive didn't have any understanding to check the log that warranty in this product or not and simply closed my case.
